About the area…

Baiter sits just back from the shore of Poole harbour and hugs the open Harbourside Park as it rounds into Poole park and Whitecliff. With open playingfields, a slipway into the harbour, foot paths, cycle routes and the quayside only a stroll away, you will never tire of Poole.

A short drive (or a good walk for the more energetic) is the now, world famous, Sandbanks Penninsula (Wikipedia), home to the much publicised Millionnaires Row, with some of the most modern and stylish housing you will see. The beach that stretches up from Bournemouth and meets the chain ferry on the tip of the Penninsula proudly holds the Blue Flag.

The property is a level walk from the main shopping area of Poole, including the Sainbury's and ALDI supermarkets, Dolphin shopping centre and the High Steet, which offers a wide rage of shopping and entertainment, with many old and established restaurants and pubs.

There is also the beautiful Old Poole Town area to explore with its hidden treasures in the back streets and historic buildings; you may even hear stories of a local ghost or two!
